Return Policy
TERMS OF SALE: Purchaser of Agent is personally responsible for all charges, whether or not covered by insurance. Full payment is due within thirty days of purchase. Maximum finance charges, allowable by Utah State law levied on all PAST-DUE accounts - minimum $10.00. Should collection action become necessary, purchaser agrees to pay all court costs, collection fees, reasonable attorneys fees and appeal costs.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: Merchandise, undamaged and resalable (seller determination), acceptable with original sales receipt within five days of purchase. REFUNDS: All refunds will be made in accordance with Utah State law. For returned merchandise purchased by debit or credit card, seller will refund the purchase by crediting the card. For returned merchandise purchased by cash or check, seller will refund the purchase by sending a check to the purchaser. Customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be applied to all returns for refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Some items by their nature are simply not returnable. Utah health laws prohibit the return of items worn next to the skin, items used for sanitary or hygienic purposes (including ostomy supplies), anything open, used or tried on, all bathroom equipment, opened personal care items, opened pillows and cushions, and all custom items. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
RETURNED CHECKS: MAXIMUM SERVICE ALLOWABLE BY STATE LAW WILL BE LEVIED.
BY SUBMITTING THIS ORDER, PURCHASER AGREES TO THE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TERMS AS STATED ABOVE.
